EASY STEPS TO ORDERING
Step 1:
Photographs
  • .tiff or .jpg Digital Photos are preferred or 35MM Glossy Prints are also accepted
  • For patch / badge image, can use digital close-up of patch or send actual patch
  • Please name Digital Image files as first Initial_last name (ex. J_Doe)
  • Digital Images must be a minimum of 300 dpi @ the size they will be used (info)
  • 35 MM Images must be a minimum of 3 1/2 X 5" Prints
  • Please do not send your own "Printouts" of Digital Photos, send actual file
  • Please do not crop photos. We will crop as necessary

Step 2:
Bios / Card Text
Click Here to download the bio templates. Templates will open in Microsoft Word.  Complete a template for each person or card order

After completing each template click 'file' then 'save as' function and save the file as the person's first initial_last name (ex. J_Doe). Save all completed templates to your computer with your photos. Instructions for sending photos and bios will be explained below. 

 

Step 3:
Select Your Card Design
Click Here to select from our custom trading card designs. All designs will be customized to fit your departments image and colors.

Please select a CARD FRONT and a CARD BACK. Note the styles on the order form.

 

Step 4:
Complete Order Form & Send Order
Click Here to download the order form.

Please print and complete the order form. An order form is required with your order. 

SEND VIA EMAIL (NOTE: If you have more than a few different photos, the files may be too big to send vial EMAIL. If the attachments are more then 3-4 MB Total, please use another method below.)

Email your Photos, Bios and any other electronic files to sales@choicemarketing.net. Fax your completed order form to 610-494-8074

 

SEND VIA MAIL (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS etc.): Save your photos, bios, and any other files to a CD

3.  Upload .zip file and send to email: sales@choicemarketing.net
