Jeff joined the CHOICE family in 2016, bringing his knowledge of the volunteer fire service and his understanding of the need for fundraising. He is surrounded by a tremendous team that helps to give our customers the very best hassle free experience in fundraising.

When Jeff is not at CHOICE, he can usually always be found near a fire truck. Jeff is a volunteer with Upland Fire Company in Delaware County PA and also privately owns a 1982 Hahn fire truck which served in Dauphin County PA with Reliance Hose Company of Elizabethville from 1982 to 2008 and Pillow Fire Company from 2008 to 2023. Jeff also enjoys spending time with his wife Julianne and daughters, Kaitlyn, Jacqueline and Madeline.

Jay joined Choice Marketing in 2012 working on the production side of the company. He worked nights and weekends learning the flow of the company. In March of 2019, he decided to switch roles and move to Fundraising as a full time Sales Representative. Jay strives to give his customers the best customer service. In just a few years, he has created great relationships with his customers. Jay conveys confidence so his customers know that their fund drive will succeed.

Jay enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He resides in North Wilmington with his wife, kids, and three
dogs. He loves to watch and help his kids play sports. He is an avid Phillies fan and enjoys going to as many games as he can.

Heather has been a dedicated member to the CHOICE family since 2016. With a background in data processing, Heather successfully transitioned to sales in 2022. Heather leverages her strong background in data processing to provide exceptional support and knowledge to our customers. She thrives on building strong relationships and effective communication with her customers, to ensure their fund drive campaign to be a success.

Outside of the office, Heather finds joy in exploring new destinations with her family, cheering for Philadelphia sports teams, and indulging in creative endeavors with her Cricut machine! Heather resides in Maryland with her boyfriend, Elijah and their beloved dog, Nessa. Nessa has become a familiar presence within the CHOICE family, accompanying Heather to work on a regular basis and helps to put a smile on many faces throughout the office.

Data Specialists

Support Staff

Melanie has been with the CHOICE family since 2004. For over 19 years, she has been our data specialist supplying our customers with the best care over their fund drives. Her and her team strive to make our customer’s fund drives very successful. For the last few years, she has had the pleasure of working side by side with her husband, Jay.

When Melanie is not at CHOICE, she loves spending time with her family. She has two children, Lily and Austin who are very active in playing sports. She enjoys watching them play and excel at their games. Melanie is also an avid dog lover. She has three dogs of her own, Hanna, Jax, and Masel. Life may be a little crazy at times, but she wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Molly began her career with CHOICE a little over a year ago working as a data specialist. She works hand in hand with Melanie to meet our customer’s fund drive expectations.

She graduated from Neumann University in 2019 with a BA. Molly enjoys shopping and spending time with family and friends. She is a huge Sixers and Eagles fan and likes going to the games. Molly also loves listening to records with her boyfriend, Paul and their two cats, Fiona and Jinx.

Kayla has over 8 years of experience in finance with a strong track record of strategic leadership and operations management. She previously held roles as the Finance Manager at a daycare in New Jersey, and the Director of Tennis Operations at Radnor Valley Country Club. Kayla graduated from Neumann in 2010 and currently lives in New Jersey with her two children, Finn and Abigail and husband Zane. When she is not at work, Kayla loves to collect coffee mugs, go to Disney World, and travel.

Amy Mackay joined Choice Marketing in 2021 as the Front Desk Receptionist. She currently resides in Delaware County, PA with her boyfriend Keith, son Kayden, and cat Rosie.

In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with family and attending her sons sporting events.
